What are Tripletz?
Tripletz are here to make mail fun again. Tripletz are a series of three custom designed cards, mailed sequentially for three days, in tasty little envelopes, to spell out a message to your someone special. Tripletz cards are individual works of art created by Tripletz members (site users who have joined and uploaded their Tripletz designs.) And, unlike that burger and fries at the drive thru, Tripletz are made to order, complete with your own personal greeting revealed on the last card. They are unique and they are uniquely you.

Tripletz is unique because it’s a user-generated greeting card service. It’s a place where artists and designers are allowed to truly "play" through the art of visual communication. As a designer of Tripletz, you’re given an opportunity to express yourself with not one, but three blank canvases (very small cards actually, but you get the idea). And because Tripletz are sent a card a day over the course of several days, you’re not only designing 2D space but you’re also designing the experience of how Tripletz are revealed over time. Sound fun? We think so.
You design them. We post them for all to see and purchase. Once you sell 333 individual cards (111 sets), Tripletz will send you a check for $111.00. And the more popular your cards are, the more trips you’ll have to make to the bank. Are you up for it?
TopWhat Does a Tripletz Card Look Like?
Tripletz cards are custom printed on a great card stock. The images you select from the Tripletz library of cards, or design yourself and upload, are printed on the front side of the card. The backside of the first two cards in the series has a message from Tripletz telling the recipient they are receiving a message by way of a three card mailing. Recipients are instructed to keep the card to spell out the entire message. The third card arrives with your personal message printed on the back. You create this message during the check out process. The cards measure 3 3/8 x 4 7/8 inches and are mailed by way of the U.S. Postal Service inside of specially marked Tripletz envelopes.

TopHow Are Tripletz Packaged & Shipped?
They are stamped by hand and mailed by way of the U.S. Postal Service, first class. Delivery times are dependent on the U.S. Postal Service, with shipments originating from our Tripletz print shop in sunny California.

Choozing Tripletz Cards
How Do I Search for Tripletz?
Select a (pre-grouped) set of three Tripletz cards or chooz three individual cards to spell out a new message. The Tripletz library can be viewed through several sorting features. Use the pull down menus to view occasion related Tripletz, sort by various criteria or search by keywords.
TopHow Do I Select Tripletz Cards?
To select a set of Tripletz, click on the blue bar above the set and drag it into the three card slot at the top of the page. To select three individual cards, simply click on individual cards and drag each card into a card slot. If you want to change the cards you selected, drag a new set of cards or individual cards into place to replace the cards currently viewed in the card slots. To proceed and place the selected cards in your Shopping Cart, click Next. To purchase multiple sets, simply Chooz More at check out to repeat the process of selecting and placing sets in your shopping cart.

Sign in each time you visit the Tripletz site so that you can access the cool features, including your own personal address book. When you’re signed in you can also rate the card sets, create and edit your profile and your avatar. After all, it’s easy to do. Just click on the Sign In link on the top navigation bar.

Send & Receive
How Do I Send Tripletz?
Sending Tripletz is a piece of cake. You pick ’em! We send 'em! Pick the message you want by choozing a pregrouped set of three cards or by selecting three individual cards. You tell us who to mail them to. You tell us when to mail them. Tripletz takes care of the rest! How about that for sending a suspenseful personal message without any of the hassle of finding a pen and a stamp? And, remember to check back with Tripletz often to see new cards, see the top designers, and rate the card sets.
TopHow Do I Set Up My Address Book?
First sign in and then click on Address Book on the top navigation bar. Once in the Address Book, you can chooz which to do first - to make a new group (to add your individual contacts in to) or to enter individuals by adding their contact information. Individual contacts can either be created within a group or later added to a group.
Remember, since we keep your address book completely private, you will need to be signed in every time you are on the Tripletz site to view this information.
TopHow Do I Use My Address Book to Send Tripletz?
Once you’re signed in and have selected your Tripletz, go to the Mail To page where you’ll see the Select Name pull down. It is here that all of your individual names and groups are made available to you for easy selection. Chooz the group or individual you want to send your Tripletz message to. It’s that easy, with no repeat entering of addresses or any of that junk. At Tripletz, we remember it for you and keep it private for your exclusive use.
TopCan I Send Many Tripletz Sets in One Shopping Experience?
Sure, it’s easy! You can send different Tripletz sets to different people all in one shopping experience. To purchase multiple sets, select your first set, proceed to the Mail To page, and click Add to proceed to the Check Out. At Check Out, simply click the Chooz More link to add more Tripletz to your Shopping Cart. Repeat as many times as needed (and rinse...)

How are Tripletz Delivered?
The trusty U. S. Postal Service delivers Tripletz, first class. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times or provide delivery confirmations.

Tripletz are typically printed and delivered within 7 days from your purchase date.
TopIs Expedited Delivery, Delivery Confirmation or International Delivery Available?
Sorry, not at this time. We currently ship by way of first class delivery through the U.S. Postal Service, within the United States only. Delivery confirmation is not available at this time.

Why Design Your Own Tripletz?
By submitting your own creative design for a set of Tripletz, you have a unique opportunity, after review and approval from Tripletz, to have your design featured on the Tripletz site. Tripletz respects our members and their work. We want to reward you for your creative energies, so Tripletz will record how many times your designs are purchased. When you sell 111 card sets (or 333 total cards), Tripletz will send you a check for $111.00.

Here's how it works:
- Dream up a fun message you think people would like to send or receive.
- Break the message down visually into 3 parts (first card, middle card and last card.)
- Digitize your message by scanning, using Photoshop or taking digital photos.
- Upload your digital files to share with the Tripletz community.
- Add a keyword or title for each card, select an appropriate topic category for your set and submit it for review.
Upload Your Own Tripletz Designs
Design and upload a Tripletz — it’s easy. After joining and signing in, click on Upload a Set, located on the home page. The file requirements, along with a downloadable template are available here. Please review them and select your files to upload. You can even chooz to buy your own Tripletz immediately!

We take great care to provide you with the best product possible. Within 30 days of sending, if there is a problem with the craftsmanship of your custom printed cards, we will gladly provide you with card credits toward a future order or a monetary refund. We regret that we cannot offer refunds for cards that contain spelling, punctuation, other text errors or for custom image cards that are poorly composed or that did not initially meet our pixel requirements for printing.
